Job Description
**Job title:** GDPR and Regulatory Compliance Apprenticeship **Role Summary:** An apprenticeship supporting the company's GDPR, AI Act, ethics, and regulatory compliance programs under the Data Protection Officer. The role coordinates policy development, reporting, audits, and awareness campaigns across domestic and international operations. **Expectations:** * Maintain accurate processing registries and policy documents. * Facilitate cross‑functional data protection and ethics initiatives. * Deliver timely GDPR and AI compliance reports to stakeholders. * Monitor and implement action plans from internal/external audits. * Promote continuous learning of evolving regulatory frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update and manage the company’s processing registry. - Draft, review, and revise GDPR policies and procedures; support distribution and training. - Coordinate quantitative and qualitative indicator collection for GDPR reporting. - Respond to external GDPR assessments (clients, prospects, ratings agencies, suppliers). - Track and coordinate GDPR action plans, including non‑EU regimes (PIPL, LGPD, KVKK). - Manage audit‑derived action plans. - Design, launch, and monitor GDPR awareness campaigns. - Define, deploy, and monitor AI Act governance rules. - Maintain an up‑to‑date mapping of external AI solutions. - Process new AI‑related project requests. - Conduct AI user awareness sessions. - Assist in implementing the company’s ethics code. - Support Sapin 2 compliance rollout (training, procedures, alert platform redesign). - Research and analyze new regulations affecting the business. - Occasionally participate in professional groups or conferences. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and oral English; additional European or Asian languages an asset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Project‑management aptitude for cross‑functional initiatives. - Excellent relational and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment. - Solid understanding of GDPR, data protection laws, and business ethics. - Analytical mindset for audit and risk analysis. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (or equivalent) in Digital Law, Ethics, Compliance, or Risk Management (Bac + 4). - Demonstrated interest in data protection and business ethics. - Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (1–2 years; start January 2026). ---
