Job Title: Social Media Executive
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Create compelling short‑form video, written copy, and visual assets; manage paid campaigns; analyze performance; identify trends; and collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver measurable engagement and growth for a global portfolio of brands.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on social media campaign experience (agency or in‑house).
- Proven track record producing high‑impact short‑form video content that drives measurable engagement.
- Expertise in all major platforms and familiarity with new features at launch.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality.
- Advanced paid‑social certifications and influencer partnership experience are strong bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of campaigns: ideation, scripting, production, scheduling, and post‑launch analysis.
- Produce scroll‑stopping short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks), design assets in Canva/Adobe Express, edit clips in CapCut or Premiere Rush.
- Write punchy captions and community posts; respond to comments and messages in brand tone.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social ads via Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager; achieve ROI targets.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies.
- Spot emerging trends and platform updates; prototype new formats and tactics.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters; manage timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Advanced skills in video production and editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
- Mastery of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial, Later, Hootsuite).
- Copywriting excellence with storytelling ability in 280‑character constraints.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with A/B testing and performance reporting.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Paid‑social advertising certifications (Meta, LinkedIn) preferred.
- Influencer collaboration or advanced paid‑social credentials a bonus.
