Job Description
Job Title: Business Developer Role Summary Dynamic B2B business development professional responsible for prospecting, building, and managing strategic partner relationships in the media and industrial sectors. Focus on driving revenue growth, expanding the partner portfolio, and achieving quarterly targets through consultative selling and effective relationship management. Expectations - Minimum 2 years in a business development, commercial B2B, or partnership management role. - Strong knowledge of the media and/or industrial market is an advantage. - Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Valid B‑class driving license and willingness to travel within the region. Key Responsibilities - Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound leads. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at prospective and existing partner organizations. - Present and position the company’s portfolio of solutions, tailoring proposals to partner needs. - Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, monitoring performance, renewals, and upsell opportunities. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system and support back‑office processes. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership strategies and deliver on targets. - Provide regular reporting on partnership pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact. Required Skills - Business development / B2B sales experience. - Partnership management and account‑based selling. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. - Relationship building and stakeholder management. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and back‑office tools. - Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making. - High level of organization, time management, and self‑direction. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Professional sales or business development certification is a plus. - Valid B‑class driving licence.
