Job Title: Director of Sales, UK Role Summary: Drive the growth of Aimpoint Digital’s services pipeline by targeting and reactivating high‑value enterprise accounts across key verticals (Insurance, Fintech, Private Equity, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics). Own the full sales cycle—lead sourcing, deal management, and select account stewardship—to exceed revenue targets and support strategic GTM objectives. Expectations: • Meet or surpass annual quotas in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. • Build and sustain executive relationships with prospects, clients, and technology partners. • Navigate ambiguity with initiative, strategic thought, and resilience while embodying a team‑first culture. • Articulate and advocate a differentiated value proposition rooted in data, analytics, and AI to win enterprise business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and account targeting. • Reactivate dormant enterprise accounts and secure new business in priority verticals. • Own end‑to‑end deal workflow: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close. • Collaborate with sales engineers and technical leaders to craft tailored solutions and scalable proposals. • Maintain post‑sale account health, upsell opportunities, and client satisfaction metrics. • Deliver accurate forecast and pipeline reporting to senior leadership. • Champion cross‑functional initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. Required Skills: • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in consulting or professional services. • Proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals. • Strong executive‑level relationship building and consultative selling. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. • Strategic thinker with high initiative, adaptability, and grit. • Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts. • Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and pipeline management. • Comfortable operating within fast‑changing, ambiguous environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). • Professional sales certifications (e.g., CPSL, Certified Sales Professional) welcome. • Background or coursework in data analytics or AI considered an asset.
