**Job Title:**
Onsite Support Engineer 2nd Line
**Role Summary:**
Provide high‑quality on‑site and desk‑side support for enterprise clients, primarily in the financial sector, handling incident resolution, routine visits, and system monitoring across Microsoft environments and networking infrastructure.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain SLA compliance and deliver clear communication to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong customer‑service orientation in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver onsite and remote support, troubleshoot complex issues in Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and end‑user devices.
- Manage support tickets end‑to‑end and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support office moves, device builds, upgrades, AV setups, and general hardware tasks.
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and escalates incidents as needed.
- Assist with starters/leavers, MFDs, telephony, and specialist equipment deployments.
- Promote cyber awareness and uphold service quality across all client sites.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of onsite, field, or senior support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: O365, EMS, SharePoint, Azure, AD, Windows Server/OS.
- Experience with cloud administration and process automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‑facing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Bonus: LAN/switching/AP support, Bloomberg/OMS/PMS, MacOS/JAMF, Google Cloud.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified – Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent Exchange/SharePoint/Intune credentials.
