**Job title**
Infrastructure Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of enterprise IT infrastructure to deliver high‑availability, secure, and scalable systems. Direct a multidisciplinary IT team, manage data centers, servers, storage, networking, cloud services, telecommunications, and endpoint security while aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure management, including data center operations, networking, cloud, and security.
- At least 3 years of team leadership with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
- Deep technical experience in Microsoft, VMware/Nutanix/Hyper‑V, Cisco/Aruba, and Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
- Relevant certifications: ITIL 4, PMP, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA). Linux and CompTIA Security+ certifications are a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term infrastructure strategies.
- Manage enterprise data centers, servers, storage, networking, cloud, and endpoint security.
- Lead firewall and network security operations; enforce endpoint protection, patching, and compliance.
- Oversee telecom and unified communications platforms.
- Implement IT asset management, hardware/software lifecycle processes, and procurement workflows.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, evaluate performance, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Deploy hybrid and cloud solutions to optimize capacity and resiliency.
- Design and enforce disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor and develop IT infrastructure staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with business goals and IT strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Expertise in virtualization, server OS (Windows, Linux), storage, and networking.
- Cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) and migration experience.
- Security administration: firewalls, endpoint, data protection, and compliance.
- Vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- ITIL/ITSM knowledge and incident/changes management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- ITIL 4 Foundation (mandatory).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) (preferred).
- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (preferred).
- Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) (mandatory).
- Optional: Linux professional certification, CompTIA Security+._
