**Job Title** Development Officer, Corporate Partnerships **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of corporate partners (≥$20,000) to support a global LGBTQI+ refugee relief program. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. - Maintain a high level of partner satisfaction and stewardship. - Collaborate across development and board teams to generate new partnership opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, identify, and secure new corporate supporters; develop a strategic prospecting pipeline. - Build and execute cultivation, moves‑management, and stewardship plans. - Draft partnership proposals, sales materials, and funding applications. - Manage active partner relationships, act as liaison, and resolve issues. - Track partnership data in the CRM; support partnership administration. - Lead corporate sponsorship strategy for events and campaigns (Corporate Pride Partnership, Year‑End Campaign). - Deliver customized impact reporting and fulfillment for corporate partners, especially during Pride campaigns. **Required Skills** - Fundraising and corporate partnership experience (≥3 years). - Strong research, negotiation, and proposal writing skills. - Relationship management and stakeholder engagement expertise. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data mining for donor insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: nonprofit management, business, communications, or related). - Professional fundraising credential (e.g., CFRE, NAFC or equivalent) strongly preferred.

**Job title** Senior Finance Officer **Role Summary** Provide executive-level oversight of all accounting functions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting, grant management, and cash flow monitoring for a nonprofit operating in Canada and the U.S. **Expactations** | Expectation | Description | |-------------|-------------| | Accuracy & Compliance | Maintain consistent, standards‑aligned processes across all financial systems. | | Confidentiality | Safeguard sensitive personnel and donor information. | | Collaboration | Work with finance team, grant managers, and departmental heads. | | Continuous Improvement | Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting and financial reporting. | **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain general ledger integrity and conduct monthly reconciliations (pre‑payments, deferred revenue, in‑kind contributions, intercompany transfers). - Review and approve AP entries; oversee AR processes, card expense verification, and reimbursement workflows. - Manage grant financials: develop projections, audit contribution agreements, record grant revenues/expenses, report spend vs. budget, and submit required grant reports. - Monitor daily cash positions, provide weekly forecasts, and support the cash cycle. - Support annual audits for U.S. and Canadian entities by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries. - Participate in discussions on accounting platform enhancements and stay current on best practices. **Required Skills** - Advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards in Canada and the U.S. - Expertise in reconciliations, AP/AR, grant accounting, and cash‑flow management. - Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Salesforce, Plooto) and financial reporting tools. - Strong analytical, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to handle confidential data. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, or similar) preferred. - Experience with nonprofit financial management and grant accounting.
