Job Description
Job title: Chief of Staff Role Summary: High‑impact strategic partner to the COO, responsible for aligning cross‑functional priorities, driving execution of key initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across Finance, Compliance, People, Operations, and other business functions. Expectations: * Deliver high‑priority projects with minimal oversight * Translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes * Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion on sensitive matters * Exhibit executive presence and effective communication across all levels Key Responsibilities: * Prioritization & Execution – Identify and resolve high‑priority issues, own urgent cross‑functional problems, and manage ambiguity to provide clarity. * Cross‑Functional Operations – Lead high‑impact projects in Operations, Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Concierge, and People; improve efficiency, governance, reporting cadence, and operating rhythm. * Strategic Alignment – Ensure operational delivery aligns with the strategic roadmap. * Financial & Commercial Insight – Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, cost control, performance tracking; conduct market mapping and commercial analysis to support expansion and partnership decisions. * Leadership Enablement – Serve as connective tissue, facilitate leadership meetings, track decisions, and manage sensitive organizational matters. Required Skills: * 3+ years in management or financial consulting, with finance or operational transformation exposure. * 2–3 years in high‑growth tech or startup environment. * Strong financial literacy – ability to read/interpret financial statements. * Structured, analytical, problem‑solving thinker. * Collaborative, capable of influencing without authority. * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure. * Integrity, discretion, and executive communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
