**Job Title**
Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate client projects across multiple industries, delivering tailored solutions and structuring internal processes. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, drive continuous improvement, and assume increasing responsibility within a rapidly growing consulting firm.
**Expectations**
- Independently manage end‑to‑end project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively propose solutions, advise clients, and implement efficient, scalable processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Adapt to evolving project scopes and stakeholder needs while meeting deadlines and budgets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Leadership** – Manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring quality, scope, schedule, and cost targets.
2. **Client Engagement** – Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
3. **Process Design** – Identify gaps in internal workflows, develop and implement structured processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
4. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work with specialists (accounting, banking, finance, etc.) to incorporate technical expertise into project solutions.
5. **Team Development** – Mentor junior colleagues, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. **Reporting & Analysis** – Prepare status reports, performance metrics, and post‑project reviews for senior leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within accounting, banking, or related advisor services.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication in French; English proficiency is an asset.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is required.
