Job Description
**Job Title** Business Developer Internship / Apprenticeship **Role Summary** Support a team of senior business developers in a dynamic consulting‑services firm by driving B2B lead generation, prospecting, and account acquisition. Actively map target accounts, identify C‑level contacts, and engage decision‑makers to promote partner services, progressing opportunities through to contract signing. **Expectations** * Complete a 6‑month internship or 12‑/24‑month apprenticeship program starting January 2026. * Achieve defined lead and prospecting metrics, demonstrating rapid gain of autonomy. * Deliver high‑quality prospect lists and qualified leads to senior business developers. * Partner with senior team members to close deals and manage client relationships. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Sourcing** – Map and segment target accounts across CAC 40, SBF 120, ETI, and SME sectors. 2. **Lead Identification** – Locate and validate C‑level and other key decision‑makers in identified accounts. 3. **Prospecting** – Apply advanced B2B outbound techniques to secure meetings and exchanges with target decision‑makers. 4. **Lead Generation** – Operate and maintain industry‑leading lead‑generation tools daily to fill sales pipeline. 5. **Opportunity Capture** – Assess opportunities, present services, and collaborate with senior business developers to negotiate and close deals. 6. **Pipeline Management** – Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM, ensuring visibility of progress to the business development team. 7. **Report & Analyze** – Provide regular insights on outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and market trends. **Required Skills** * Strong commercial mindset with passion for sales and business development. * Proficiency in B2B outbound prospecting and cold‑calling tactics. * Familiarity with lead‑generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo). * Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive and active listening. * Persistence, proactivity, and resilience under target‑driven environment. * High levels of organization, self‑direction, and analytical thinking. * Charismatic interpersonal style to build rapid rapport with senior leaders. **Required Education & Certifications** * Master’s degree or equivalent (minimum Bac +4 / Bac +5), preferably in business, marketing, or related field. * Recognized training or certification in complex B2B sales (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) an added advantage. * Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
