Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Full‑Stack Developer (3–7 yrs) **Role Summary** Develop and maintain web applications end‑to‑end across a portfolio of over 10 products, from architecture design to production deployment, with full ownership of code quality and performance. **Expectations** - Deliver complete features independently. - Make architectural and implementation decisions. - Collaborate closely with product owners and teammates. - Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and agile ceremonies. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse technical requirements, estimate effort and plan sprints. - Scope project evolutions and set implementation directions. - Build and deploy backend APIs (Node.js, JavaScript, REST) and frontend UIs (SvelteKit or React + Tailwind). - Write clean, testable code with automated CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements. - Ensure performance, scalability and secure data access (MySQL, Redis). - Identify technical risks, raise alarms and propose mitigations. - Contribute to architectural discussions when relevant. **Required Skills** - 3–7 years professional development experience. - Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs. - Experience with relational database design (MySQL). - Familiarity with Redis caching, automated deployments (Ansible), and cloud environments. - Frontend skills: SvelteKit or React, Tailwind CSS. - Expertise in CI/CD, unit/integration testing, and code review best practices. - Strong grasp of agile development principles. - Excellent written & verbal communication, teamwork, and openness to feedback. - Ability to work autonomously and deliver high‑quality solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. - Optional: certifications in Node.js, JavaScript, or related cloud/DevOps practices.
