Job title: Payroll Specialist Role Summary: 12‑month fixed‑term contract handling high‑volume, multi‑entity payroll for 1,500–5,000 employees. Deliver accurate, timely payroll and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, HMRC/TPR regulations. Expactations: Meet tight deadlines, maintain exceptional detail orientation, work proactively under pressure, and support organizational growth and system evolution. Key Responsibilities: • Process and reconcile multiple monthly payrolls (new starters, leavers, statutory payments). • Manage end‑to‑end payroll reconciliation across Group entities. • Audit and approve expenses per company policy. • Respond to payroll queries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or in person. • Administer compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, HMRC/TPR regulations. • Upload net wages to banking systems and execute payment runs. • Execute month‑end payroll activities and provide reporting to Finance. • Support acquisitions, onboarding of new entities, and data integrations. • Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations. • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across payroll and HR systems. Required Skills: • Proven high‑volume, multi‑entity payroll experience. • Strong payroll system knowledge (Cascade, SD Worx, Dayforce, or equivalent). • Experience in system migrations, data imports, or acquisition integration. • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas). • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. • Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred). • Payroll qualification (e.g., CPCS, Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent (desired).

**Job title**: Service Now / Atlassian Product Owner **Role Summary** Own the strategic direction and day‑to‑day configuration of the organisation’s Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow platforms.
