Job Description
Job Title: Commercial sédentaire B2B Role Summary: B2B sales specialist focused on selling the "Réponse Expert" legal health information service, responsible for developing revenue through prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and client management. Expectations: • Achieve set sales targets and revenue growth within assigned portfolio. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision makers in healthcare institutions. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting via CRM and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct phone prospecting and identify qualified prospects (hunter role). • Perform remote product presentations to senior managers (DG, HR, CFO, medical staff). • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements. • Manage post‑sale client onboarding, support, and retention activities. • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast in CRM. • Attend occasional client visits, industry events, and conferences. Required Skills: • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self‑motivated with a drive for meeting sales quotas. • Ability to understand complex legal health products and articulate value. • Proficiency with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. • Comfortable with remote selling and virtual presentation platforms. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field. • Prior B2B sales experience preferred; experience in healthcare/legal services a plus. • Sales methodology certification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) is an advantage.
