Job Description: Job title: Wholesale Manager Role Summary: Lead and grow the wholesale business for an established fashion brand. Manage existing accounts, develop new partnerships, and ensure profitability and brand consistency across all retail partners. Expactations: - Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective account management and business development. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long‑term account profitability. - Deliver detailed sales reporting and forecasting to support planning and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end wholesale operations: line sheet presentation, quotations, confirmations, deliveries, and post‑season review. - Build and sustain strong relationships with department stores and online retailers. - Identify, target, and secure new wholesale accounts. - Lead pricing negotiations and contractual terms to optimise margins. - Conduct regular account and product performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities. - Partner with design, merchandising, and operations teams to relay market insight and ensure smooth execution of orders. - Resolve account issues promptly and maintain rigorous financial oversight. - Produce weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports, including sell‑through data and sell‑through feedback for planning. Required Skills: - 2–5 years of wholesale or account management experience in the fashion industry. - Deep understanding of the fashion wholesale cycle, critical path, and production timelines. - Proven track record of managing, developing, and growing wholesale accounts. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. - Analytical mindset with confidence in forecasting, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making. - Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive, capable of working independently or collaboratively. Required Education & Certifications: - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (not explicitly required).
