Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Infra Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of large‑scale IT infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards while facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. **Expectations:** - Successfully manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout. - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. - Maintain compliance with industry and company standards. - Present clear, accurate project status to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project. - Monitor project performance using KPIs and adjustment plans. - Ensure quality assurance, security, and compliance standards are met. - Produce and maintain project documentation, status reports, and post‑project reviews. - Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations. **Required Skills:** - Proven project planning and program management expertise. - Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, data center operations, and core system components. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Leadership and team‑building capabilities in a fast‑paced environment. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Portfolio Management software). - Preferred: Experience managing airport‑domain IT projects. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
