**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Configure comprehensive UI components, workflow logic, integrations, security, and reporting to deliver tailored, compliant solutions for enterprise risk management. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable, out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. - Ensure high‑quality code, robust testing, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment; manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC modules (Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces). - Configure UI elements: UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, Portals. - Build and maintain workflows: Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, Events. - Manage security: Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs. - Create, version, and deploy Update Sets; perform functional component testing on GRC workflows. - Import data into GRC tables; maintain data integrity. - Develop system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs. - Produce technical solution documentation and support end‑user training. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of ServiceNow development; 4+ years in JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS. - Proficiency with Glide Record queries and scripting. - Strong UI/UX configuration knowledge (Forms, Scripts, Policies, Dashboards, Catalog, Portals). - Solid understanding of workflow and process automation (Business Rules, Flows, Scripts, Notifications). - Experience with security models (ACLs, Roles, Groups). - Data import/export, Update Set management, version control, and testing practices. - Integration experience (Integration Hub, REST APIs). - Agile methodology experience (sprints, scrums). - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and ownership mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (Certified Application Developer). - Preferably Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (GRC).
