**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Marine Business **Role Summary:** Lead business development and sales for marine solutions within the French market and beyond. Build and nurture relationships with shipyards, shipowners, designers, and other key stakeholders, driving revenue growth through newbuild and retrofit projects. Act as the primary sales representative for Evac’s integrated water, waste, and corrosion protection technologies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention. - Expand market presence in newbuild and retrofit segments. - Ensure contracts meet commercial objectives and policy compliance. - Deliver consistent ROI and total cost of ownership messaging. - Travel regularly within France and on occasional international assignments. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and communicate Evac’s value proposition. 2. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with shipyards, owners, designers, and industry stakeholders. 3. Identify and pursue emerging sales opportunities; craft winning strategies. 4. Lead contract negotiations, drafts, and finalization while upholding company policies. 5. Drive sales of products, systems, and services direct and through approved partners. 6. Collaborate with Sales Support, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Project Management for seamless project execution. 7. Record and manage sales data, forecasts, and client profiles in CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales record in marine or related technical industry (3–5+ years). - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Relationship‑building and stakeholder management. - Technical understanding of water, waste, and corrosion protection systems. - Proficient in French (fluent) and English (proficient written & spoken). - Comfortable with travel on a regular basis. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or commercial discipline. - Valid certifications in sales or marine engineering are an advantage. ---
