**Job Title:** Commercial Wealth Management Advisor **Role Summary:** Independent advisor responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing a portfolio of private and professional clients. Provide tailored wealth‑management solutions—including tax optimization, asset growth, retirement planning, family protection, and income generation—while leveraging exclusive products and digital tools. Operate autonomously with support from back‑office services, marketing resources, and a local reference advisor. **Expectations:** - Operate as an independent contractor; remuneration fully performance‑based (commission + recurring fee). - Maintain professional registration with ORIAS, ANACOFI, CCI (Carte T), and complete required liability insurance. - Deliver high‑quality client service, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. - Commit to ongoing professional development and training offered by the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prospect new clients and expand existing relationships. 2. Analyze each client’s financial objectives and develop customized wealth‑management plans across: - Tax‑efficient structures - Wealth creation & diversification - Retirement preparation - Family protection & succession - Income‑generation strategies - Professional client solutions (cash placement, capital contracts, specialized insurance). 3. Implement strategies using provided communication, marketing, and digital tools. 4. Coordinate with back‑office for legal, administrative, and compliance matters. 5. Track performance metrics, report progress to the reference advisor, and refine tactics. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years commercial experience with proven client acquisition and sales results. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self‑management ability. - Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of financial products, tax laws, and wealth‑management principles. - Proficiency with CRM/financial planning software and digital communication tools. - High level of integrity, compliance awareness, and ethical conduct. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Mandatory registration with ORIAS, ANACOFI, and CCI (Carte T). - Valid professional liability insurance covering independent financial advisors.
