Job title: Junior Account Manager Role Summary: Junior Account Managers oversee existing client accounts, drive cross‑selling initiatives, and support new business development within a financial services organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and service SLA compliance. - Identify and present cross‑sell opportunities across the firm’s product portfolio. - Participate in new business acquisition activities, including prospecting and proposal development. - Maintain accurate account records and update CRM with client interactions and opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance) to resolve client issues and secure stakeholder alignment.
