Job Description
**Job Title** Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer **Role Summary** Build, optimize, and integrate digital solutions that modernize business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with operational needs. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and end users. - Maintain high quality code and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and develop applications with Power Apps. 2. Automate business workflows using Power Automate. 3. Create dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI. 4. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) modules. 5. Integrate data from multiple sources, including Azure Data Lake. 6. Work closely with users to capture requirements and provide solutions. 7. Document specifications, conduct testing, and perform ongoing maintenance. **Required Skills** - Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration and customization. - Azure environments: Data Lake, Dataverse, Logic Apps. - Scripting/Programming: Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, SQL, JSON. - Analytical thinking, self‑direction, teamwork. - Strong communication for user support and training. - (Preferred) Industrial context or large‑volume data analysis. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant professional experience (≥2 years) with Power Platform/Dynamics 365. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 Solution Developer) are a plus.
