NetSuite Developer
**Role Summary**
Senior-level NetSuite developer responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 solutions, designing and enhancing SuiteFlow workflows, and integrating NetSuite with external systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft platforms). The role supports finance, operations, sales, and technology teams to improve data integrity, system stability, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and tune SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 customizations.
- Design and refine workflow logic using SuiteFlow.
- Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and third‑party platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft technologies).
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite performance, script, role, and data issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Ensure data governance, adhere to SDLC best practices, and document scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Support continuous monitoring and performance tuning of the system.
- Automate manual processes organization‑wide.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience developing in NetSuite, including SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 and SuiteFlow.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, workflow, roles, and permissions.
- Proficiency in REST or SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
- Ability to diagnose complex script, workflow, and system issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Inter‑team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- NetSuite Developer Certification (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power BI) and data tools (SQL) is an advantage.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft is a plus.
