**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support clients in transitioning to data-driven processes for construction and infrastructure projects through systems engineering, information modeling, and information management. Collaborate with project managers and consultants to implement digital solutions, optimize business processes, and ensure data-driven project outcomes. **Expectations** Lead workshops, analyze business processes, design information models, configure software tools, and communicate insights. Focus on solving complex challenges in data management, BIM, and systems integration for infrastructure and utility projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct client interviews, workshops, and process analysis to identify information needs. - Design and configure information models, software (Relatics, Fundamend, BI tools, QA/QC tools), and systems engineering processes. - Prepare requirements for software implementation and deliver training/advice on data-centric methodologies. - Analyze data flows, manage data delivery/data handover (e.g., as-built/as-maintained data). - Drive standardization initiatives (ontologies, classifications) for BIM, GIS, and related systems. - Support IT landscape integration and reporting/analytics for asset insights. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Proficiency in systems engineering, BIM, or data management processes. - Experience with configuration of BIM tools (Relatics, Fundamend) or similar platforms. - Technical aptitude for process modeling, information modeling, and data integration. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multilingual environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, information management, IT, or related fields. - Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken/written). - Prior exposure to AECO (architecture, engineering, construction, operations) industry preferred.
