**Job title**: CRM Project Manager Internship (July 2026)
**Role Summary**
Six‑month internship within a leading European media group, focused on the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across multiple brands. The role blends tactical campaign management, data‑driven audience segmentation, and cross‑functional project coordination, with exposure to emerging technologies such as AI‑powered personalization and automated flows.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality CRM initiatives that meet predefined KPIs (deliverability, open rates, CTR, opt‑up/down).
- Collaborate closely with editorial, technical, and advertising teams to align CRM strategies with broader brand objectives.
- Demonstrate analytical rigour, creative problem‑solving, and proactive optimisation of campaigns and audience segments.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, schedule, and execute email and push campaigns, including A/B testing of subject lines, creatives, and targeting.
2. Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, click‑through, deliverability, churn) and propose data‑driven optimisations.
3. Build and refine audience segments (standard and advanced), analyse user behaviours to create relevant triggers, and maintain CRM persona documentation.
4. Contribute to data and innovation projects: design new cross‑brand automated flows and support AI initiatives for personalization, scoring, and dynamic content.
5. Produce weekly and monthly dashboards, track database growth (opt‑in, re‑opt‑in, re‑activation), and evaluate performance by brand to recommend action plans.
6. Coordinate project deliverables: write briefs, liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality outputs.
**Required Skills**
- Strong digital marketing foundation with a focus on CRM concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualisation, and dashboard creation.
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and creative problem‑solver.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Curiosity and willingness to propose innovations in media‑centric marketing.
**Bonus Skills** (appreciated but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Brevo, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce).
- Basic HTML or design skills (Figma, Canva).
- Introductory knowledge of generative AI, scoring models, or marketing automation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) programme in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Communication, Business, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; coursework in CRM or marketing analytics is a plus.
