**Job Title**
Digital Project Manager – Beauty Test (Internship, Jan 2026 – Jun 2026)
**Role Summary**
Six‑month internship leading end‑to‑end digital campaigns for a beauty‑focused client. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (data, studio, CRM, sales), manage production timelines, ensure quality compliance, analyse performance, and recommend optimisation actions.
**Expectations**
- Complete internship for 6 months starting January 2026.
- Work independently on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high organisation and accuracy.
- Deliver client‑facing reports and actionable insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Campaign Management & Coordination**
- Receive and interpret client briefs (objectives, target segments, messaging, schedule).
- Define communication‑channel plans (email, push, trigger, special offers).
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (data analysts, creative studio, commercial team, CRM specialists).
- Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Enforce quality and compliance checks (tests, validation, tracking, deliverables).
2. **Performance Measurement & Reporting**
- Collect and analyse post‑campaign metrics (open rates, click‑through, conversion).
- Prepare and present performance dashboards and key‑takeaway reports to clients.
- Identify optimisation opportunities for creative, targeting, cadence, and channels.
3. **Continuous Process Improvement**
- Act as liaison between Data, Studio, CRM, and Sales functions.
- Participate in defining and refining delivery & testing processes to increase efficiency.
- Champion best practices, tools, and formats that drive performance and scalability.
**Required Skills**
- Project management with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic data‑driven marketing and CRM knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital channels (email, push, triggers).
- Analytical mindset with experience analysing campaign metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and campaign‑management tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of digital marketing or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.
