The role blends tactical campaign management, data‑driven audience segmentation, and cross‑functional project coordination, with exposure to emerging technologies such as AI‑powered personalization and automated flows. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality CRM initiatives that meet predefined KPIs (deliverability, open rates, CTR, opt‑up/down). - Collaborate closely with editorial, technical, and advertising teams to align CRM strategies with broader brand objectives. - Demonstrate analytical rigour, creative problem‑solving, and proactive optimisation of campaigns and audience segments. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
