Job Description
Job title: Partnership Activation Account Manager Role Summary: Manage high-value corporate partnerships for a professional sports franchise, delivering integrated activation campaigns that meet sponsor objectives and enhance brand engagement across in‑game, events, hospitality, and digital platforms. Expactations: Deliver measurable activation outcomes within agreed budgets, maintain sponsor relationships through proactive communication, and achieve renewal targets by providing detailed performance recaps. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and customize partnership activation strategies for multiple sponsors. - Act as day‑to‑day account manager, coordinating activations, hospitality, and promotional content. - Plan and execute in‑game promotions, events, in‑market activations, and partner digital/social campaigns. - Collaborate with internal departments (Broadcasting, Events & Entertainment, Interactive Media, Marketing) to develop and deliver promotional content. - Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for all activation activities. - Oversee creation, maintenance, and reporting of collateral and performance data in CRM. - Deliver sponsor recaps and performance reports for renewal discussions. - Supervise account history, relationship details, and activation information. - Perform additional duties as required. Required Skills: - 2–3 years of experience in sponsorships, marketing, or agency environments. - Strong client relations and sales tactics knowledge. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Superior organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Preferred experience with Adobe Photoshop. - Bilingual Spanish & English fluency highly beneficial. - Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and manage high‑energy environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
