Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager AI/HPC Role Summary: Drive development of network management systems for AI/HPC environments, focusing on orchestration, automation, and scalability to optimize GPU cluster performance and deployment efficiency. Expactations: - Define product roadmaps for network orchestration and management platforms, aligning with AI/HPC GPU fabric deployment and operational needs. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement network automation solutions for large-scale GPU clusters. - Translate customer and market requirements into technical product features and enhancements. - Demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions to validate product value and technical feasibility. - Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure customer engagement success. Key Responsibilities: - Architect network orchestration and management systems for AI/HPC GPU fabrics. - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, from strategy to deployment. - Optimize network monitoring, troubleshooting, and auto-recovery mechanisms. - Develop technical documentation and white papers for external audiences. Required Skills: - 10+ years in network communications industry, including 5+ years in data center networking or large-scale infrastructure. - Expertise in network orchestration, automation, and data center technologies (BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS). - Experience in product management for AI/HPC environments or large GPU clusters. - Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for network fault isolation and root cause analysis. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multi-team coordination. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Advanced technical certifications (e.g., CNCF Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/Azure certifications) preferred but not required.
