Job title:
E‑Marketing & Communication Internship – E‑commerce (M/F)
Role Summary:
Digital marketing and communication intern responsible for supporting online acquisition, content creation, and e‑commerce operations for a growing parapharmacy brand. The role blends SEO/SEA, email automation, social media management, content writing, and basic project management to drive traffic, conversion, and customer experience.
Expectations:
- Execute and monitor paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns.
- Design, segment, and automate email newsletters and customer journeys.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Produce and optimize engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and short videos.
- Draft, edit, and SEO‑optimize blog articles, product descriptions, and buying guides.
- Moderate online reputation by managing comments and reviews.
- Assist in setting up promotional activities (banners, coupons, product selection).
- Contribute to UX improvements by suggesting site navigation enhancements.

Required Skills:

- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar.
- Creative, autonomous, detail‑oriented, and curious about health, beauty, and wellness products.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Communication, E‑commerce, or Business School.
- No specific certification required, though knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, or email‑automation platforms is advantageous.
