**Job Title** Growth Marketing & Business Development **Role Summary** Drive the acquisition and expansion of strategic client accounts for a student‑focused communication agency. The role blends account development, new‑business prospecting, and sales enablement to increase revenue, deepen agency expertise, and secure high‑value partnerships. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable growth in new and existing client relationships. - Demonstrate proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic account management. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, media, and account teams. - Adapt quickly to evolving client needs and market trends. - Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic client prospects and accounts. - Build detailed “Power Maps” of potential clients to showcase agency capabilities. - Initiate proactive client meetings, offering tailored agency insights on relevant topics. - Develop and manage the full new‑business pipeline: from opportunity qualification to proposal submission. - Prepare concise and compelling commercial arguments and presentations for prospect meetings. - Coordinate and attend briefing sessions to capture client requirements. - Maintain accurate records of prospect activities and pipeline status in CRM. **Required Skills** - Business development & account management in a digital/creative environment. - Proven ability to research, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities. - Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to C‑suite clients. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. - Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor (Bac+3) or Associate (Bac+2) degree in Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. - Any relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
