Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development and expansion of the retail and pharmacy network for an eco‑friendly feminine hygiene brand. Drive full‑cycle sales activities, manage trade marketing initiatives, supervise a B2B sales trainee, and analyze performance metrics to achieve revenue growth while reinforcing the brand’s positive social impact. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales targets through new partner acquisition and existing account growth. - Maintain high‑quality relationships with key buyers and distributors. - Ensure accurate CRM data and actionable performance insights. - Foster a collaborative team environment while working autonomously. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect new retail and pharmacy partners (large distributors, group buying organizations, independent and chain pharmacies). - Conduct negotiations for product listing, entry agreements, and point‑of‑sale placements. - Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presenting offers, negotiating, closing, and operational rollout. - Design and execute trade‑marketing activations (promotions, in‑store displays, events) to boost product visibility and sales. - Maintain regular contact with key accounts, provide support, and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Supervise and mentor a B2B sales alternant, coordinating corporate‑client strategy across channels. - Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date; track sales KPIs (revenue, conversion rates, ROI of activations). - Analyse results, generate reports, and propose corrective or growth plans. - Contribute market insights to the broader sales strategy team. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in commercial development, preferably within large‑format retail or pharmacy networks. - Strong negotiation and client‑relationship management abilities. - Excellent organizational and performance‑oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Familiarity with trade‑marketing activation tactics. - Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. - Passion for socially responsible and sustainable brands. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; additional training in sales or retail management is a plus.
