Job Description: Job title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end software development, design scalable architectures, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high technical and security standards across the platform. Expectations: Demonstrate ownership of feature delivery, solve complex performance and scalability challenges, actively support production incidents, and influence architectural decisions. Maintain a security‑first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. Key Responsibilities - Own and deliver features from concept through production, working closely with product managers and designers. - Lead technical investigations into performance, scalability, and architectural complexity, producing robust solutions. - Serve as the weekly “Production Hero,” monitoring production, managing critical incidents, and coordinating support with SREs and other stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing honest feedback and sharing best practices. - Collaborate across teams on architecture, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure-as‑code. - Participate in technical roadmap planning and decision‑making. Required Skills - 5–10+ years professional software development experience. - Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Angular. - Extensive experience with AWS components (RDS, EKS, ECS, CDK, etc.). - Strong knowledge of CQRS, service mesh (Istio), event‑driven architecture, and distributed systems. - Proficient with CI/CD, IaC (AWS CDK), monitoring, logging, and operational best practices. - Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Security‑mindful, with awareness of cybersecurity concepts and bug‑bounty domain. - Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset, willing to dive deep into complex issues. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
