Job Title: Sales Director Role Summary: Lead global commercial strategy for a water technologies company, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and aligning sales initiatives with product development and sustainability goals. Expactations: - Deliver on revenue targets and growth objectives across assigned territories. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans that support the organization’s sustainability mission. - Expand the global sales organization and mentor high-performing teams. - Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement strategic commercial initiatives to capture new market opportunities. - Identify and acquire new business, focusing on laboratory and scientific equipment markets. - Manage key account relationships and drive account growth across international markets. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Product Development to align solutions with customer needs. - Lead performance tracking, KPI management, and sales forecasting for accurate business planning. - Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and sales metrics to ensure profitability objectives are met. - Recruit, develop, and retain a global high‑performance sales team.
