Associate Vice President, Enterprise Architecture
**Role Summary**
Lead the enterprise architecture function, aligning technology strategy with business goals, product roadmaps, and emerging technologies. Drive governance, enable agile delivery, mentor staff, and champion innovation across cloud, AI, and data domains.

- Provide thought leadership on emerging tech (AI/ML, NLP, cloud, DevSecOps, MLOps).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards as guardrails for implementation teams.
- Lead embedded architecture teams within Agile business capability squads, ensuring solution designs meet enterprise consistency and autonomy.
- Facilitate proof‑of‑concept initiatives, creating reusable components and influencing community adoption.
- Mentor and upskill architects and technical staff.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance enterprise capabilities.
- Define and execute DevSecOps and MLOps practices for secure, automated, high‑velocity delivery.
- Influence data architecture design, integration, and operational analytics.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with future roadmaps.
**Required Skills**
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and influence across cross‑functional teams.
- Expertise in modern EA practices (capability modeling, domain‑driven design, lean architecture).

**Required Education & Certifications**
