**Job title:** Data Analyst – Modelling & Projection (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced statistical and mathematical models to forecast business flows, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision‑making. Provide actionable insights through data‑driven analyses, dashboards, and concise reporting to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in data analysis.
- Strong statistical and econometric background.
- High analytical rigor, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate complex models into clear, business‑oriented outputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of presenting to senior directors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, build, and update predictive models for workflow, demand, and externalisation strategy.
2. Collect and integrate inputs (assumptions, roadmaps, new data) from business owners to calibrate models.
3. Define relevant KPIs, explore new data sources, and align analytics with business strategy.
4. Develop advanced analyses and interactive dashboards (PowerBI, Excel) to track performance and support planning.
5. Produce concise notes and deliverables tailored to target audiences.
6. Conduct business‑analysis studies to translate functional requirements into data solutions.
7. Promote data‑visualisation best practices and advocate for a data‑driven culture across teams.
8. Collaborate on cross‑functional projects (DataLab, impact analysis) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Deep knowledge of statistical modelling, forecasting, and econometrics.
- Strong analytical, synthetic, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, propose innovative solutions, and manage priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SAS Certified Advanced Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are advantageous.
