Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary: Coordinates end-to-end influencer marketing activities for multiple client accounts, including campaign development, daily account support, event logistics, and relationship management with talent and agency partners.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or public relations (internship experience accepted).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proactive knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with cultural competency and effective communication across diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Account Support** – Create and maintain trackers, generate reports and recaps, file imagery, process invoices, and manage budgets for assigned accounts.
2. **Campaign Development** – Source and vet influencer talent, design visual direction, craft messaging, and coordinate release schedules with talent and agency partners.
3. **Event Logistics & Coordination** – Plan and execute brand events, handling RSVPs, talent check‑ins, and on‑site support to generate organic content opportunities.
4. **Relationship Building** – Foster and sustain professional relationships with agency partners, clients, and influencers, ensuring partnership success and repeat collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with influencer platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Advanced organization, multitasking, and time‑management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical ability to build, track, and interpret performance metrics.
- Competency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Cultural awareness and inclusive communication practices.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Internship experience in a related role may substitute for formal degree if equivalent skills and experience are demonstrated.
