L’association S’Orienter Ensemble intervient dans les collèges et autres structures jeunesse afin de transmettre aux jeunes des bases solides pour élaborer leur projet d’orientation et les aider à affiner leurs choix, notamment sur les perspectives d’avenir proposées en voie professionnelle. Nos actions se déclinent en plusieurs programmes, déployés à l’aide d’outils pédagogiques ludiques qui visent à ouvrir le champ des possibles, renforcer l'image de soi et favoriser la réussite de chaque élève.

Job Description

**Job title** Pedagogical Mission Officer **Role Summary** Lead and implement the association’s orientation programs in selected Île‑de‑France schools. Deliver interactive workshops to students from grade 6 to 12, collaborate with teachers and school administrators, and produce follow‑up reports. **Expactations** - Contribute to student career awareness and professional discovery. - Demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and authority with young audiences. - Maintain punctuality, organization, and autonomy while traveling within the Île‑de‑France region. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Deploy and adapt the association’s educational modules in partner schools. 2. Facilitate group sessions on post‑collège career paths, job exploration, and stereotype reduction. 3. Coordinate with school staff (class teachers, principals, CPE) to schedule and evaluate sessions. 4. Compile and deliver comprehensive feedback reports on student engagement and program impact. 5. Collaborate with a Civil Service volunteer to support logistics and session execution. **Required Skills** - Excellent oral presentation and group facilitation skills. - Empathy, authority, and youth engagement. - Strong organizational and punctual habits. - Ability to quickly learn and apply new content. - Flexibility to travel across the Île‑de‑France regions (Essonne, Haut‑de‑Seine, Seine‑Saint‑Denis, Seine‑Marne). **Required Education & Certifications** - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in education, pedagogy, or a related field. - No mandatory certification, but teaching experience, contractual educator status, or professional animation background desirable. - Knowledge or sensitivity to orientation topics, ecology, new technologies, arts & crafts, or construction (BTP) is an advantage.
