Job Title: Product Analyst (F2P Mobile Game) Role Summary: Analyze product performance data to drive engagement, retention, monetization, and revenue growth for a free‑to‑play mobile gaming platform. Translate insights into actionable product and monetization strategies and support long‑term roadmap planning. Expections: - Deliver data‑driven recommendations that improve key user and business metrics. - Maintain ownership of BI dashboards, reporting, and testing frameworks. - Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and finance to align on KPIs and ROI goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct deep product analyses for pre‑release and live game iterations. - Write and optimize SQL queries; build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, Power‑BI, Grafana, Firebase). - Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to validate product changes and pricing models. - Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and roadmaps; assess impact of changes on revenue, in‑game economy, and player behavior. - Automate reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload. - Support pricing strategy, forecasting (LTV, churn, revenue). - Share best practices and resolve complex product issues. Required Skills: - 6+ years product/data/business analytics experience; 2–3 years in gaming. - Expertise in A/B testing design and analysis. - Advanced SQL; experience with Python, BigQuery/Postgres. - Data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Grafana, Power‑BI, Firebase). - Advanced Excel/VBA. - Strong understanding of game economics, monetization, and user metrics. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). No mandatory certifications, though experience with Tableau/Power‑BI/Google Analytics is preferred.
