Job Description

Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator Role Summary: Oversee and optimize operational and strategic purchasing for a film‑adhesive manufacturing operation, ensuring supplier alignment, cost efficiency, and integration of sustainability criteria into procurement decisions. Expectations: Deliver efficient procurement processes, maintain accurate ERP records, execute supplier evaluation and KPI tracking, and embed CSR principles in purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Define purchase terms, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance. - Source and evaluate suppliers, conduct market analysis of raw materials and innovations. - Manage end‑to‑end procurement workflow from need expression to logistics and ERP updates. - Implement and track KPIs, report on cost savings and process improvements. - Collaborate with production, technical, finance, and other internal teams, and communicate with external partners. - Ensure procurement aligns with company policy and sustainability (RSE) objectives. Required Skills: - Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. - Proficiency in ERP systems (specific platform not mandated). - Analytical skills for evaluating cost drivers and performance metrics. - Knowledge of CSR/RSE considerations in purchasing decisions. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management. - Detail‑oriented and organized with data management. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM or equivalent are advantageous.
