Job Title: Principal Solutions Consultant Role Summary: Senior technical leader delivering AI‑powered solution design, pre‑sales consulting, and customer engagement for financial services clients. Expectations: Lead discovery, architecture, demos, and advisory; drive proof‑of‑concepts; manage cross‑functional collaboration; mentor junior staff; maintain regulatory and product knowledge; ensure seamless handover to implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business, compliance, risk, and operational discovery and scoping sessions with prospective clients. - Design AI solution architectures integrating Aveni products (Detect, Assist, Agents, FinLLM) with client systems (CRM, data pipelines, APIs). - Develop, deliver, and customize demos, POCs, and workshops to demonstrate ROI, compliance, and risk mitigation. - Respond to RFIs/RFPs, collaborate on proposals and pricing, and supply technical documentation. - Act as a trusted advisor, articulating AI value, trade‑offs, and regulatory fit to execs and technical teams. - Capture field feedback for product and engineering to prioritize enhancements. - Create reusable assets (architecture templates, demo scripts, integration patterns) to accelerate future engagements. - Mentor and guide junior solutions engineers/consultants. - Stay current on regulatory developments and emerging AI/NLP/LLM technologies. - Participate in post‑sales implementation oversight to ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills: - Extensive pre‑sales/solutions consulting experience in financial services or wealth management. - Strong ML/LLM and AI system background; proficiency in data pipelines, API integration, and security/compliance frameworks. - Architectural thinking focused on scalability, performance, and data governance. - Deep understanding of financial services regulatory and risk‑compliance requirements. - Excellent stakeholder, project, and cross‑functional management. - Superior oral and written communication, with ability to tailor messaging to executives and technical audiences. - Sound business acumen, ROI assessment, and technical trade‑off evaluation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CEH, or AI/ML professional credentials) are advantageous but not mandatory.
