Job Description
Job title: Junior Software Developer Role Summary: An entry‑level developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows to improve business processes. Works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, deploy automation tools, and support the organization’s SQL Server environment. Expectations: * Deliver robust, maintainable code and automation solutions that meet functional specifications * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical feasibility, and present solutions * Maintain high quality in documentation, testing, and performance monitoring * Continuously learn and apply industry best practices in automation and database administration Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test automated workflows and RPA solutions - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations - Deploy and support automation solutions across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, project management platforms) - Integrate software, applications, and databases to ensure seamless data flow - Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes - Administer and support the bank’s SQL Server environment - Create and maintain process documentation and user guides - Provide training and change‑management support to end users Required Skills: - Hands‑on experience with workflow automation and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) - Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) - SQL administration experience and strong SQL querying skills - Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and project management platforms - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex ideas clearly to executives - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience - Certifications in RPA or SQL administration are an advantage (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administration)
