About the Company

Hi, we’re Tails.com.

A pet food subscription company with a big mission. We believe there should be no average dog food because no dog is average. So we deliver 100% tailored nutrition to each and every dog we serve.

It all starts with a few simple questions about your dog’s age, breed, activity level and flavour preferences. Then our experts create a one-in-a-million kibble blend – just for them. Everything they need and a taste they love, delivered to your door every month. It’s pretty clever stuff.

We’re cooking up big plans. Having created an entirely new category in pet food, we’re scaling fast in the UK and Europe – backed by Purina, one of the world’s largest pet food companies.

In 2024 we became B Corp certified. But it's more than a badge, it's how we operate. Every member of our team is committed to upholding high social and environmental standards, to create a better world for dogs - and humans - for generations to come.

We’re working together towards a common goal – to change the world of pet food for good.
