Human Resources Business Partner
**Role Summary**
Provides strategic HR partnership to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational objectives. Acts as a change agent, aligning HR initiatives with business performance and culture while ensuring compliance and fostering a high‑performance workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead organizational design and restructuring efforts, supporting workforce transitions.
- Partner with business leaders to drive hiring, onboarding, and retention for a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Coach managers on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance improvement.
- Identify and coordinate learning and development programs to meet skill gaps.
- Align culture, total rewards, performance strategies, and recognition programs with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, recommending actionable solutions.
- Lead and contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and initiatives.
- Communicate and implement new or updated HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Address employee relations matters, resolving workplace concerns and supporting disciplinary actions.

- SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification (preferred).
