**Job title**: Growth Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**: Own and scale the end‑to‑end demand generation engine for a SaaS construction‑tech startup. Build, execute, and optimize multi‑channel acquisition and nurturing campaigns to deliver qualified pipeline, drive revenue, and enhance brand awareness.
**Expectations**:
- Consistently generate high‑quality MQLs that convert to SQLs and closed deals.
- Achieve measurable improvements in CPL, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, CAC, and ROI.
- Provide transparent reporting linking marketing spend to pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align strategy and define lead quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, content, email, ABM, and event strategies.
- Design, test, and refine conversion funnels from ad click to booked meeting, maximizing lead quality and ROI.
- Craft conversion‑focused messaging, landing pages, email sequences, ads, and offers.
- Own the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, analytics) – setup workflows, dashboards, and automations.
- Conduct continuous growth experiments across new channels, audiences, and offers.
- Partner with Sales to refine “qualified lead” criteria, improve handoff processes, and share pipeline insights.
- Deliver regular reports on CPL, MQL‑to‑SQL, CAC, pipeline sourced, and campaign ROI.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven B2B SaaS/tech marketing experience directly tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Hands‑on expertise in paid social, Google Ads, SEO, content distribution, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Strong funnel thinking – awareness → conversion → SQL → closed deal.
- Fluency in metrics: CPL, MQL‑to‑SQL, CAC, pipeline sourced, ROI.
- Marketing automation & CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics).
- Content & messaging ability (copywriting, landing pages, ad copy).
- Growth experimentation mindset: A/B testing, rapid iteration, scaling wins.
- Excellent collaboration and alignment with Sales and Product teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, or similar are a plus.
