Job Description
Job Title: Sales Analyst – Co‑op/Internship Role Summary: Support senior sales leaders by managing sales data, researching market trends, preparing reports, and improving sales processes. Provide administrative and analytical assistance across the sales function while participating in a 16‑week analyst development program. Expectations: * Student or recent graduate actively enrolled in a business‑related degree. * Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated. * Capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast‑changing environment. * Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s service offerings and engagement approach. - Identify potential sales leads and track market trends using tools such as ZoomInfo and Hunter. - Enter, maintain, and audit sales activity data in Salesforce and other key systems. - Compile weekly sales reports, transform data via Excel, and track KPIs. - Generate insights to enhance sales support systems, processes, and data quality. - Produce and organize sales collateral, including presentations and one‑pagers. - Plan and coordinate sales‑related events and deliverables. - Assist with additional tasks supporting broader business development efforts as required. Required Skills: - Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication. - Executive presence and confident presentation skills. - Excellent organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Proactive, initiative‑driven mindset with adaptability to ambiguity. - Self‑awareness, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
