Job Title: People & Culture Director – Pivot To A New Career
Role Summary:
Assume a remote, performance‑driven leadership position that harnesses over seven years of People & Culture or Learning & Development expertise to build, deliver, and scale high‑value leadership and mindset programs. Operate autonomously, leveraging sophisticated digital systems and proven marketing frameworks to coach clients and grow personal influence and income.
Expectations:
* Minimum 7 years of senior People & Culture, Leadership, or L&D experience.
* Passion for personal growth, empowerment, and leadership evolution.
* Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and goal‑centric with a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable transitioning from traditional corporate roles to a self‑directed, purpose‑driven venture.
* Desire to create impact, nurture relationships, and redefine success on own terms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement leadership and mindset training frameworks for diverse audiences.
* Guide participants through digital systems, coaching modules, and high‑ticket program delivery.
* Utilize established marketing tools (email, social media, webinars) to attract and engage clients.
* Collaborate with a global, growth‑focused collective to refine program content and delivery methods.
* Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and professional development to clients and peers.
* Maintain and expand a pipeline of high‑value programs, ensuring performance metrics align with revenue targets.

Required Education & Certifications:
