Job Title: Account Manager Role Summary Lead revenue growth for existing Enterprise customers by driving renewals, upsells, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships and ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across North America. Expectations - Own end-to-end commercial management of current enterprise accounts. - Achieve measurable growth in revenue through a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities. - Deliver data‑driven decisions and persuasive business cases. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and prevent churn through proactive renewal management. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align strategy and feedback. Key Responsibilities - Manage full commercial ownership of enterprise customer portfolio. - Build and maintain a continuous pipeline for expansion and upsell opportunities. - Develop and execute a scalable customer expansion strategy. - Lead renewal negotiations and ensure timely contract closures. - Assess business opportunities, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. - Partner with Customer Success Managers on key accounts; coordinate with Sales and other functions. - Serve as the customer voice for marketing and product teams. - Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM. Required Skills - Minimum 1 year of high‑volume SaaS sales experience, using a CRM platform. - Proven ability to assess business opportunities and use data for decision‑making. - Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills. - Capacity to manage a large customer base simultaneously and position against competitors. - Professional‑level English proficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Passion for long‑term relationship building and commercial initiative execution.
