Job Description
Job Title IAM Junior Integration Consultant Role Summary Deliver technical design, implementation, and support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in client environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and align them with best‑practice IAM architectures, while progressing through project phases from scoping to post‑deployment support. Expectations * Apply fundamental IAM concepts to real‑world deployments. * Work under guidance of senior consultants, progressively increasing autonomy. * Communicate effectively with clients and cross‑functional teams. * Maintain a proactive attitude toward learning new IAM tools and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities * Define technical solutions that meet functional and technical client needs, considering constraints and context. * Implement selected IAM solutions using industry‑standard tools and practices. * Develop scripts (Python, Bash) to automate provisioning, policy enforcement, and monitoring. * Leverage cloud provider libraries and frameworks for service evolution. * Participate in pre‑sales activities: bid analysis, proposal drafting, and solution demonstrations. Required Skills * Solid grasp of IAM fundamentals (identity governance, authentication, entitlements). * Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). * Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019, Linux (RHEL/Debian), Active Directory, and basic network security. * Knowledge of cloud services and IAM‑specific features from major providers. * English proficiency for technical documentation and stakeholder communication. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Infrastructure. * Minimum of 1 year of practical IAM experience (internship, apprenticeship, first role). * Preferred certifications: vendor‑specific IAM (SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc.), cloud‑provider IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), or networking/security (CCNA, MLOK, ANSSI).
