**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns for SEG’s compliance services (Health & Safety, Governance & Clerking, Data Protection, Safeguarding and SEND). Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable ROI across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and web channels while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver consistent, data‑driven marketing outcomes that meet or exceed lead and MQL targets.
- Optimise campaign performance through continual testing, analysis, and refinement.
- Maintain high standards of content quality, brand consistency, and messaging across all digital assets.
- Demonstrate proactive communication, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and manage end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO, paid social).
- Operate and optimise HubSpot dashboards; track MQLs, conversions, and ROI.
- Produce engaging copy and visual assets for websites, email newsletters, and social posts.
- Coordinate and support weekly webinars, events, and external agency partners.
- Analyze monthly performance reports; provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best‑practice developments to inform strategy.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 3 years in digital/performance marketing with demonstrable results.
- Proven management of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), paid social, email marketing, and web content.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, CMS, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills – copywriting, design fundamentals (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Project‑management aptitude: planning, prioritisation, and multi‑campaign coordination.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams; proactive problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred certifications: HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Ads, or similar performance‑marketing credentials.
