**Job Title:** Cyber Security Incident Handler **Role Summary:** Contract Cyber Security Incident Handler (2+ months, with extension potential). Lead and manage cybersecurity incidents from detection to recovery, following NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Coordinate incident bridge calls, produce timely reports, and refine incident playbooks and standards. Utilize ServiceNow or similar platforms for ticketing and documentation. **Expectations:** - Handle incident lifecycle end‑to‑end within NIST guidelines. - Facilitate clear, real‑time communication across technical and business stakeholders. - Maintain accurate incident records, reports, and post‑incident reviews. - Continuously improve incident response processes and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive incident detection, containment, eradication, and recovery processes. - Coordinate and lead incident bridge calls, ensuring timely updates. - Deliver incident reports and status updates to leadership and stakeholder groups. - Develop, document, and maintain incident management processes, standards, and playbooks. - Use ServiceNow (preferred) or equivalent ticketing system for tracking and reporting. - Conduct post‑incident reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in incident response, following NIST, ISO/IEC 27035, or similar frameworks. - Strong incident lifecycle management and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating across teams. - Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms. - Ability to produce clear, actionable incident reports and documentation. - Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GCIA, or equivalent. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to financial services (e.g., FCA, FISMA) is a plus.

**Job Title:** Cyber Security Vulnerability Analyst **Role Summary:** Perform vulnerability identification, analysis, and remediation coordination across enterprise IT environments, including endpoints, servers, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and application code.
