Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end operational performance across national service delivery, ensuring each project meets organizational and client objectives. Lead and coordinate Field Managers and on‑site supervisors, driving efficiency, quality, and profitability in a consumer goods/FMCG environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost control. - Uphold compliance with internal standards and external regulations. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily operations of multiple regional projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Coordinate with Field Managers and supervisors to allocate resources, resolve issues, and track progress. - Develop and implement operational procedures, process improvements, and quality controls. - Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and report on performance. - Prepare and present regular operational reports to executive management. - Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual obligations. - Lead budget planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting for operations. - Mentor and develop staff capabilities through coaching and performance reviews. **Required Skills:** - Bilingual communication in French and English (written & verbal). - Strong business and project management acumen. - Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making. - Advanced proficiency with business software (ERP, MS Office, analytics tools). - Proven problem‑solving, detail orientation, and proactive mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - Valid driver’s licence. - Minimum 3–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in FMCG/PGC sales, project management, and client interaction. - Preferable certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or operations management.
