**Job Title** Marketing Operations Specialist **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by managing CRM, marketing automation, and data operations. Convert raw data into insights, optimize lead flow, and ensure seamless marketing‑to‑sales handoff. **Expectations** - Own and improve CRM and marketing automation systems (D365, ActiveCampaign). - Maintain data integrity and governance across databases. - Deliver actionable reporting on lead quality, pipeline impact, and event ROI. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, IT, and Marketing to align on strategy and execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer day‑to‑day CRM (D365, ActiveCampaign): data architecture, field mapping, permissions, integrations. - Establish data governance: duplication removal, validation, enrichment, retention policies. - Build custom CRM objects, fields, views, dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success. - Partner with IT and Sales Ops on CRM roadmap and migrations. - Grow prospect and customer databases via web, events, partners, gated content. - Create segmentation models (firmographic, behavioral, product, lifecycle). - Monitor database health, implement progressive profiling and enrichment. - Work with demand generation to activate high‑value segments. - Design and optimize lead scoring, qualification, routing, and territory assignment. - Manage lead lifecycle stages, SLAs, and marketing‑to‑sales handoff processes. - Analyze lead flow performance, conversion rates, and sales acceptance. - Generate recurring reports on lead quality, response times, pipeline impact. - Support tradeshows, dealer events, factory tours: registration, lead capture, CRM ingestion, labeling. - Execute pre‑event email campaigns; ensure timely sales follow‑up. - Track event ROI, lead quality, pipeline contribution. - Coordinate with agency on SEO execution, keywords, technical priorities. - Monitor GA4, Search Console, SEMrush for traffic and conversion trends. - Identify website issues affecting lead capture or CRM data flow. - Assist content team with SEO metadata and gated asset URL structure. **Required Skills** - CRM administration (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot). - Marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Pardot). - Database architecture, data modeling, segmentation logic. - Excel/Google Sheets: data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables. - Data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo). - BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). - GA4, Search Console, basic SEO. - B2B buying cycles, account hierarchies, multi‑touch attribution. - ABM platforms, intent data, event marketing platforms. - Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving, process‑thinking. - Cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations, or data management.
