**Job Title** Business Development Manager – B2B (Freelance) **Role Summary** Independent B2B business developer tasked with generating qualified appointments with decision‑makers for Kare’s two B2B offerings: (1) internal Customer Success training programs and (2) placement of trained Customer Success Managers. The role is fully remote, performance‑based, and focuses on outbound prospecting for tech/SaaS scale‑ups and SMEs. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly qualified‑meeting targets. - Operate with total autonomy, from prospect list building to pipeline management. - Maintain high activity volume while ensuring lead quality. - Deliver transparent weekly metrics and adjust tactics quickly. - Accept performance‑only remuneration and demonstrate perseverance through rejection. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and enrich target account list (ICP provided + additional research). - Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, events). - Qualify leads against defined criteria (decision‑maker confirmed, CS team present or recruitment need identified). - Schedule and confirm appointments in the sales team’s calendar. - Record all activities and outcomes in CRM; provide weekly prospecting reports. - Continuously test, measure, and optimize messaging and channel mix. **Required Skills** - ≥3 years outbound B2B prospecting (lead generation/business development). - Proven track record of generating qualified meetings (metrics‑driven). - Experience in professional training, recruitment, or SaaS B2B sectors. - Proficiency with outbound automation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo). - Strong multichannel communication skills and persuasive copywriting at scale. - Excellent organization, CRM management, and metric‑focused reporting. - Results‑obsessed mindset with resilience and pragmatic problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - Relevant sales or lead‑generation certifications (e.g., Certified SDR, HubSpot Inbound Sales) are a plus.
